Our competitive compensation arrangement is designed to reward you for building a profitable client base. Compensation refers to performance-based earnings paid by commissions. To help increase the earnings of new financial security advisors, compensation includes:
- Competitive upfront commissions
- Product bonuses
- Compensation vesting (after three years) with an opportunity to sell your block of business to another Freedom 55 Financial security advisor
Plus, during your initial training period, whether you’re attending courses at our training centres or studying at home to earn your life insurance licence and mutual fund registration, we’ll pay you a training allowance. Later, as you begin to help clients build financial security plans, your training allowance will decline as you begin to earn commissions. You'll also have the opportunity to earn extra commissions available only to new financial security advisors.
